Abandoned European House?

Tucked away in a secluded landscape in northern Europe, we found this beautiful little house. It appears abandoned (we hope so) and is surrounded by dense low vegetation. Around it, there is a brick house in good condition and further on, a wooden bridge that appears to have been made by the residents (or former residents) themselves.
